0I always say to people that I am a photographer because I love people not because I love cameras or computers. If you are reading this & enjoying looking around here, chances are you will understand what I am talking about.
For an artform that asks no spoken communication of the viewer Photography is incredibly powerful, intimate & revealing. It's potential to tell stories & record details of our lives & personalities is unrivalled & in the right hands can be the greatest form of expression we know.
I have to pinch myself every day to remind me I am not dreaming as finally I have a job I love & it is one that allows me to be myself. But the greatest thing that can happen to a person became a reality for us last year when Jodie gave birth to Elsie, our beautiful little girl. You think you have felt love, for a person & for life but until you have a child of your own making look at you with eyes that dance & laugh when they see you enter the room & reach for you with arms outstretched & you feel the warmth of their breathing run across your cheeks as you hold them tight........nothing in life could be simultaneously so humbling & exhilarating.
We see life as an adventure & there for the taking. I look forward to hearing from you if you would like to join in ours.

You, me & the universe
This is a callout & it may not reach the right people, ever. I sincerely hope it does because It is not a stunt or meant to be a grab for publicity.
I firmly believe that the harder I work the luckier I get .......& the more you put into life the more you get out of it. It would be hard to overstate how hard we have worked to get to where we are now & how hard we will work to get to where we want to be. Having said all of that I know there are people who don't get as much as they deserve to get from life, through no, or little, fault of their own. For a while now I have had the urge to offer something to someone, somewhere. Something that could make a brilliant difference to their lives & be treasured forever.
If you have a wedding or an occasion of huge significance approaching & cannot afford professional photography but think I could justify offering you my services at a heavily reduced rate ........just email me 104,101,114,101ereh & in the subject line please put Photograph Me & give me an outline of your circumstances.
At this stage, depending on a few things, I can afford to do this once a year so don't hesitate. All submissions will be treated with strict confidence.
