The beautiful Gabrielle married her beautiful man, Dion yesterday at The House With No Steps, Alstonville. The ceremony was set in the vast rows of macadamia trees, lending it a rarefied atmosphere & elegance that we had not yet experienced. The power of love was, yet again, there for all to see & be swept up in.

The day, & the tempo, began at Pomstar, in Star Court Arcade. With vibe of Manchester in early 80′s it must be one of the funkiest hairdressers in the Northern Rivers.

It was hot, and a bit too much for some………

The gents,

The cufflinks, very cool!

The shoes, even cooler….

Gabrielle, the dress, & her many thoughts

Nothing needs to be said on this one

The beautiful bridesmaids – three sisters & a future sister in law, left the limo at the bottom of the plantation, & meandered their way through the rows of trees until they met in the fourth row & greeted the waiting groomsmen.

Dion, waiting….

Watching Gabrielle, greet her parents at the other end of the plantation.

Peter & Leonie, both walked Gabrielle down the aisle

The other Mr & Mrs McVie

Dion greeted his beautiful bride with a lingering kiss on the hand. It was pure romance, as if there was not another soul for miles.

Gabrielle’s grandmother witnessed the marriage. How special to have spent so much time on this earth & be able to attend your granddaughters wedding & be an integral part of the day.

Peter & Gabrielle.

There were shades of yellow all day, not least of all here.

Like I was saying………..

Just for G & D a sun shower arrived just as we were winding up to head inside for the reception. Now I will do anything for a shot, but my enthusiasm is not always shared by other people. But when I asked Gabrielle & Dion to run out in the rain, they did not think twice

The reception began with the Bridal Waltz, or should I say Bridal Tango. Seriously, I think Jodie is still clapping & cheering. You two have the moves.
A stunning day at a charming location , with delightful families & dazzling friends but most of all a breathtaking couple. Thanks for a memorable day at work. Best wishes & love from Ben & Jodie. See you soon.

Beautiful photos of a beautiful ceremony. May the beauty grow in your hearts and minds. Thanks for including me in your day. Love Marleen
From a happy bridesmaid (although still with sore feet), thank you Ben & Jodie for your wonderful shots, they’re beautifully artistic without looking staged & capture the magic and romance of the day. Only G&D would be fun loving enough to get shots like that out of a rain shower!
Happy shots of a very happy day celebrating with two very happy people!
Thank you Ben and Jodie for capturing the day so well and for doing it with such professional ease
